If you don't like the product you receive on delivery, you can return it right away. To raise a return request,

  • Log in to your RentoMojo account on our website.
  • Click on 'New Request'  and choose 'Close Subscription'.
  • Select the products you want to return.
  • Pick a preferred return date and to confirm.
  • We will pick up the product and complete a quality check on your product within 24 hours.
  • We'll initiate the refund of your deposit within 24 hours post quality check.
  • Once the refund process is initiated, you'll receive the amount in your source bank account within 7-10 working days.
