- Log in to your RentoMojo account on our website.
- Click on 'New Request' and choose 'Close Subscription'.
- Select the products you want to return.
- Pick a preferred return date and to confirm.
- We will pick up the product and complete a quality check on your product within 24 hours.
- We'll initiate the refund of your deposit within 24 hours post quality check.
- Once the refund process is initiated, you'll receive the amount in your source bank account within 7-10 working days.
